Referral Program: Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
This program is open to all registered users of VM Modular. The person you refer (the "Referee") must be a new customer who has not had any prior contact with the VM Modular team.
2. Successful Referral & Link Requirement
A referral is only considered "successful" if it meets all of the following criteria:
- Mandatory Link Usage: The Referee must sign up and register using the unique referral link shared by you (the "Referrer").
- A reward will not be earned if the Referee contacts us through any other method or fails to use your link.
- Booking: The Referee signs a project agreement with VM Modular.
- Payment: The Referee completes the initial booking payment.A referral will be deemed invalid if the Referee was already in contact with VMModular, does not use your unique link, or if the Referrer and Referee reside at the same property.
3. Payout Schedule & Reward Value
The referral bonus is calculated as 5% of the total actual project value of the Referee's booked project.
- Maximum Reward Cap: The total referral bonus is capped at a maximum value of ₹1,00,000/- (One Lakh Rupees) per successful referral.
- Payout Installments: The total earned bonus (up to the cap) is paid in two installments:
- Payment 1 (50%): 50% of the bonus will be paid out after the Referee successfully books their project (as defined in Point 2).
- Payment 2 (Balance 50%): The remaining 50% will be paid out after VM Modular receives the full 100% project payment from the Referee.
4. Definitions
A "project" is defined as a completed sale.
5. Program & Eligibility Termination
VM Modular reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time, without prior notice. VM Modular also reserves the right to terminate any individual's eligibility for this program at any time if fraudulent activity or a violation of these terms is suspected.
6. General Conditions
The referral bonus is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other product or service. By participating in this program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
