Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Administrator to manage daily administrative
operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The candidate should be proactive, well-
organized, and capable of coordinating with different departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination.
Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
Coordinate with HR, accounts, and project teams for administrative support.
Handle vendor communication and office supply management.
Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing reports.
Maintain attendance records and employee documentation.
Support management with data entry, documentation, and follow-ups.
Ensure proper office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
1–3 years of experience in office administration or similar role.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience in administration in manufacturing / interior / construction industry is an advantage.
Familiarity with attendance systems and documentation management.
