Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Administrator to manage daily administrative
operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The candidate should be proactive, well-
organized, and capable of coordinating with different departments.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination.
 Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
 Coordinate with HR, accounts, and project teams for administrative support.
 Handle vendor communication and office supply management.
 Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing reports.
 Maintain attendance records and employee documentation.
 Support management with data entry, documentation, and follow-ups.
 Ensure proper office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
 1–3 years of experience in office administration or similar role.
 Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
 Strong organizational and communication skills.
 Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with teams.

Preferred Skills

 Experience in administration in manufacturing / interior / construction industry is an advantage.
 Familiarity with attendance systems and documentation management.
