About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, results-driven Pre-Sales Executive to be the first
point of contact for our prospective clients. You will be the engine that drives our sales pipeline,
ensuring our Senior Sales Executives are only spending their time closing high-quality deals.

Your primary goal is to take warm leads, engage with them professionally, qualify their interior
needs, and successfully bring them into our experience centers. We need a decisive
communicator who can build trust over the phone instantly.

What You Will Do


● Drive Lead Conversion: Make outbound calls to leads generated through our
marketing campaigns promptly and professionally.
● Qualify Prospects: Ask clear, strategic questions to understand the client's budget,
timeline, and interior design requirements. Filter out low-quality leads.
● Drive Footfall: Persuade qualified prospects to book a visit to our Balanagar or Kokapet
experience centers.
● Seamless Handoff: Assign qualified leads to the appropriate Sales Executive with
detailed notes on the client's expectations and background.
● Track and Report: Maintain flawless records of all calls, lead statuses, and scheduled
appointments in our tracking system.
● Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with clients who have shown interest but haven't
yet booked a visit.

Strict Requirements (What You Must Have)


● Telecalling Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or pre-sales is
mandatory. You must be comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
● Triple Language Fluency: You must speak, read, and write fluently in English, Telugu,
and Hindi. This is a strict requirement to serve our diverse Hyderabad client base.
● Clear Communication: Excellent listening and speaking skills. You must sound
confident, polite, and persuasive over the phone.
● Action-Oriented: The ability to handle objections smoothly and politely push for an
experience center visit.
● Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using lead management software, CRM tools, or Excel
to track your daily progress.
