Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities in the interior manufacturing unit
- Coordinate with design, planning, and installation teams
- Ensure production is completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Monitor manpower productivity and allocate work efficiently
- Maintain quality standards for carpentry, laminates, finishes, and fittings
- Identify and resolve production issues on the shop floor
- Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage
- Maintain production records, daily reports, and dispatch status
- Ensure safety norms and housekeeping standards are followed
- Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in interior production or fit-out works
- Knowledge of interior materials: plywood, laminates, MDF, hardware, finishes
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings
- Basic knowledge of production planning and quality control
- Good communication and team coordination skills

- Experience in modular furniture or interior factory setup
- Exposure to site coordination and dispatch planning
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reports)
