About the Role
We are aggressively expanding our premium footprint across Hyderabad. To
drive this success, we are looking for a strong Senior Sales Executive who knows the modular
furniture and interior design market inside and out.
We want a top performer who already works at a leading interior company and knows how to
close big deals. You will be a key player in taking command of high-value client portfolios
What You Will Do
● Hit Sales Goals: Take charge of high sales targets and bring in new business from
premium home and office clients.
● Manage the Whole Sales Process: Guide the client from the very first meeting to
understanding their needs, presenting designs, and closing the final deal.
● Advise Clients: Act as a confident expert for clients, helping them choose the best
modular and interior solutions for their spaces.
● Build Connections: Grow strong relationships with builders, architects, and interior
designers to bring in more continuous business.
● Work with Teams: Work closely and clearly with our design and project teams to make
sure the customer gets exactly what was promised, flawlessly and on time.
● Know the Market: Keep an eye on what our competitors are doing so we can always
stay one step ahead.
Strict Requirements (What You Must Have)
● Interior Industry Only: You must have 2+ years of sales experience specifically in
modular furniture or interior design. Please do not apply if your experience is in a
different industry.
● Top Company Background: You must have a history of being a top-performing
salesperson at a well-known, premium interior company.
● Closing Power: A proven track record of winning large deals and handling complex
projects from start to finish.
● Great Communication: Excellent speaking and presentation skills. You must be able to
speak clearly and win the total trust of high-value clients.
● Product Knowledge: A solid understanding of interior materials, modular furniture
designs, and room layouts.
