Perched on the top floor with an unobstructed, breathtaking view of Kamuni Cheruvu and its serene walking track, this lavish sky villa at Cybercity Marina Skies, Kukatpally, defines premium high-rise living. Spanning above 2800 sft, this west-facing apartment was designed to maximize the "Sky Villa" experience, where lavish balconies flood the home with an abundance of natural light. The design journey begins at the entrance, where we executed custom main door framing and a matching external shoe rack, setting a sophisticated tone before even stepping inside. The heart of the home is the expansive living area, featuring a huge, custom-designed TV unit integrated with warm cabinetry lighting. Understanding the client's spiritual requirements, we seamlessly incorporated a dedicated, illuminated showcase for their Lord Krishna idols right beside the main entertainment unit. To ensure the best return on investment (ROI) without compromising the luxury aesthetic, we utilized high-quality laminate finishes throughout the home, proving that durability and "lavish" design go hand-in-hand. The private quarters are a masterclass in modern modular interiors. Both master bedrooms feature sleek, space-saving sliding wardrobes and dedicated bedroom TV units. For the work-from-home needs, we designed two distinct study units, including a standout innovative rotating table in one of the rooms, to provide maximum flexibility. From the precision-engineered cabinetry to the thoughtful layout that ensures no other tower interferes with the lakeside view, this project stands as a premier example of modern interior design in Hyderabad.
